Wallet credits

Unused wallet balance is refundable for 12 months from purchase.

• Base credit (your money): refunded in full
• Bonus credit: refunded pro-rata to your usage rate

Orders

• Cancelled before publisher acceptance: 100% refund
• Cancelled after publisher acceptance: 80% refund
• Cancelled after article delivered: no refund
• Order failed by publisher: 100% refund + insurance triggered

Insurance claims

If your link goes down within 12 months, we replace it free on an equal-DR publisher. If replacement isn't possible (no equivalent inventory), we refund 100% of that line item.

How to claim

Open your order and message ops. Most refunds process within 1 business day. Card refunds appear on your statement within 5–10 business days; wallet refunds are instant.
